HECTOR LEONEL RIVERA MUÑOZ
He has a Law Degree from the Universidad del Valle de México and a Master Degree in Corporate Law from the Universidad Anáhuac.
He began his career as an intern in the area of civil litigation and corporate law at the firm Zapata y Asociados, SC. Subsequently, he worked for 8 years as Legal Manager of Special Affairs at the company Teléfonos de México, SAB de CV (Telmex). In 2007 he joined the prestigious firm Basham, Ringe y Correa, SC as a senior associate in the area of civil, commercial and family litigation, where he remained for more than 9 years. In November 2016, he joined Viesca, Aguirre y López, SC as a partner in the civil, commercial and family area to later found the firm Rivera Hernández Abogados Asociados, SC together with Mr. Pablo Arturo Hernández Álvarez.
During his stay at Telmex, he was in charge of dealing with matters of special legal relevance, including negotiation, implementation and formalization of contracts for large transactions and acquisitions, complex litigation, planning and implementation of legal strategies and international operations.
As a senior associate of Basham, Ringe y Correa, SC, he participated in a diverse and wide range of lawsuits and controversies between companies and/or individuals, representing them as plaintiffs or defendants before federal and state judicial and administrative courts, also acquiring extensive experience in the processing of ordinary, executive, special and oral commercial trials. He has extensive knowledge in conflicts arising from contractual or non-contractual liability, as well as procedures based on titles and credit operations and execution of guarantees. He has participated in the negotiation and elaboration of agreements and contracts of a diverse nature aimed at the conventional solution of all kinds of civil and commercial disputes, as well as in the processing of actions, notifications and resolutions issued abroad that must be executed in Mexico.
As a partner at Viesca, Aguirre y López, SC, he was also in charge of complex litigation in family matters, including litigation related to the international return of children.
He has participated as a speaker on topics of legal updating in specialized radio programs, as well as in Universities such as the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). He has written articles in specialized law magazines such as "Corporate Lawyer", among them, "Court precedents... can they be challenged as unconstitutional".

PABLO ARTURO HERNANDEZ ALVAREZ
Graduated with a Law Degree from the Universidad del Valle de México with a master’s degree in Tax Law within the same Campus.
He began his career in public administration where he served as Legal-Fiscal Advisor in the Administrative Head Office of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. Later, within the same branch office, he specialized in national and international public bidding processes, preparing and reviewing the bases for these procedures. In 2001, he joined the decentralized government agency Telecomm/Telegraphs of Mexico, occupying the position of Head of Department and senior attorney in the Human Resources Department, cooperating to mediate union issues and implementation of disciplinary administrative procedures, he has coordinated projects of Organizational Development of jointly with the Undersecretary of Communications of the then SCT and has a certification for the preparation and description of job profiles.
Afterwards, he served as head of the Labor Relations area at SuperISSSTE, interpreting the awards and administrative resolutions to translate them into Constitutional Compensation Sheets and Salary Quantification. He oversaw the Civil Protection area in the Coyoacan Mayor´s Office, in which he was responsible for authorizing Internal Security Programs of commercial establishments and massive events such as concerts and sporting events held at Estadio Azteca and Ciudad Universitaria Stadium.
In the field of private initiative, he formed part of a team of lawyers at Alfaro y Marván SC. Years later, he joined Iusacell as a Risk Manager, now AT&T, giving induction talks to the new staff about the risks and consequences of carrying out or being part of illegal acts. Recently and after four successful years of experience, he left Viesca, Aguirre y López, SC firm as a Senior attorney specializing in Civil, Family and Commercial matters. He is currently a member of the firm Rivera Hernández Abogados Asociados, SC in partnership with Mr. Héctor Rivera, a true specialist in the field, providing legal services of the highest quality, with the human warmth and personalized treatment that our clients require today, always having honesty and constant updating as a premise.
